The Numinous Treasure Jade Repository Penitential Liturgy
Compiled by Taoist priest Du Guangting in the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties under imperial command.
It is included in the Dongxuan Section (Mysterious Grotto Section) of the Daozang under the category of Rituals and Ceremonies.

The Yugui Mingzhen Zhai (Jade Casket Bright Truth Retreat) is one of the various retreat methods of the Lingbao Sect in Taoism. It is used to repent for mistakes committed in past and present lives, pray to deities to eliminate karmic sins, open the gates of the underworld, and ascend to paradise. Additionally, it prays for the emperor’s eternal longevity, peace throughout the world, blessings for both the living and the dead, and ascending to the formless realm to unite with the Dao after attaining enlightenment. This text only lists the repentance verses paying homage to the Heavenly Lords, sages, immortals, and divine beings in all ten directions in sequence, without recording specific ritual procedures.
