The Ouyang Qixu 欧阳器虚
Paul PengShare
Ouyang Qixu was a native of Fuzhou in the early Yuan Dynasty.
He studied under Mo Yueding and dedicated himself to refining the great way of internal alchemy (a core practice in Taoism focusing on cultivating vital energy within the body).

It was said that his "yang spirit" (a concept in Taoist cultivation referring to the refined, ethereal aspect of one's spirit) could leave his body, and during this time, he could chat, laugh, eat and drink with others as if nothing was unusual.
One of his disciples was Ma Yuebiao. (From Fujian General Annals and Pucheng County Annals)
