The Qin Bian 秦辨
Paul PengQin Bian was a figure of the Northern Song Dynasty. As recorded in Zizhi Tongjian (Comprehensive Mirror for Aid in Government), Volume 82: He lived in seclusion on Mount Tai and practiced the skills of refining and taking elixirs.
In the third year of the Dazhong Xiangfu era (1010 AD), he was bestowed the title "Mr. Zhensu" (meaning "Pure and Simple").
