The Scripture of the Supreme Three Emperors' Precious Fast and the Immortals' Supreme Compilation
The author is unknown.
Judging from its content and wording, it was presumably compiled during the Northern and Southern Dynasties or the Sui-Tang period.

It is a one-volume text included in the Methods Section of the Cave Divine Division of the Daozang (Taoist Canon).
This book expounds the fasting and sacrificial rituals of the Three Emperors, pseudonymously attributed to the Yellow Emperor. The content is divided into five sections. The first section is "The Gate of the Record of the Inner Divine Precious Fasts and Prayers of the Three Emperors and Immortals", stating that practitioners of the Dao should diligently observe fasts and abstinences, burn incense and offer prayers, bathe with cloud-water, burn sacrificial smoke to the Upper Origin, and recite the Secret Scripts of the Three Emperors and the Divine Chapters of the Eight Emperors. Upholding these practices in accordance with the rituals can eliminate misfortune, generate blessings, and ascend to the Three Heavens.
The second section is "The Method of Combining Upper Origin Incense Beads", which describes making incense beads with agarwood. Burning these incense beads and observing fasts in accordance with the rituals can attract true immortals and summon divine spirits.
Next are "The Method of Making Mysterious Fragrant Paste" and "The Method of Making Cloud-Water", which detail the preparation of these substances using sesame oil, genuine sandalwood, costus root and other ingredients for the purposes of burning incense and ritual bathing.
The final section outlines the sacrificial ceremony, including procedures such as setting up the thrones of the Three Emperors, burning incense and presenting offerings, kowtowing and praying, and burning incense to close the ritual furnace.
