The Shao Qingfang 邵庆芳

Shao Qingfang (? - 1425) was a native of Poyang (now Poyang County, Jiangxi Province) in the early Ming Dynasty. He entered Shangqing Palace on Longhu Mountain to study Taoism from an early age.

In the 24th year of the Hongwu reign (1391), he was recommended to the imperial court for his remarkable achievements in Taoism, and was sent to Guangdong to rectify and regulate Taoist affairs.

In the 11th year of the Yongle reign (1413), recommended by Heavenly Master Zhang Yuqing, he was appointed by imperial decree as the Tidian (a senior Taoist administrative position) of Xuantian Yuxu Palace on Wudang Mountain.

He passed away due to illness in the first year of the Hongxi reign.
