The Si Zhijing 司志净
Paul PengShare
Si Zhijing was a native of Guteng in the early Yuan Dynasty (now part of Shandong Province) and went by the Taoist title "Qingxuzi" (Master of Pure Emptiness).
In his middle age, he renounced secular life to embrace Taoism and became a disciple of Sun Zhihe, who was the abbot of Qingdu Taoist Temple on Yishan Mountain and held the title "Master Chongning".

He studied Taoist scriptures diligently, traveled far beyond the mundane world, widely sought advice from virtuous and wise scholars, and paid respects to eminent Taoist masters everywhere. As a result, his knowledge grew richer day by day, and his reputation in the Taoist community became increasingly prominent.
Later, he founded Qingzhen Nunnery in Guoli Town, Zouxian County, to propagate his Taoist teachings.
