The Song Xuanbai 宋玄白
Paul PengShare
Song Xuanbai was a figure of the Tang Dynasty.
He was proficient in qifa (Taoist techniques of manipulating vital energy). A gust of wind would arise from his fingertips, and when he channeled external qi (vital energy), it sounded like the rustling of wind.

He was also skilled in fangzhongshu (Taoist sexual cultivation techniques, a traditional practice focused on regulating energy through intimate relations for health and spiritual refinement).
He traveled to famous mountains, and later resided at Xixuan Taoist Temple in Runzhou, where he continued his Taoist cultivation until the end of his life.
