Scripture of the Supreme Venerable Summoning Divine Dragons to Pacify and Guard Tombs
The author of this scripture is unknown.
Judging from its content and wording, it was presumably compiled by Taoist priests in the Tang Dynasty by excerpting and adapting Chapter 17: Section of Summoning All Heavenly Deities to Pacify and Guard Tombs and Residences from The Supreme Cave Abyss Scripture of Divine Incantations.

It is included in the Taoist Canon, under the category of "Original Texts" in the Cave Mysterium Division.
This text is a scripture recited by Taoist priests when praying to the Dragon Kings of the Five Directions and other deities to pacify and guard tombs. It states that the poverty people suffer in this life is all due to their ancestors’ disbelief in Taoist doctrines and their improper burials of the deceased that disturbed the celestial stars and earthly deities. The Heavenly Venerable admonishes all living beings: From now on, if any tomb fails to remain peaceful and disasters keep befalling (the related family), one may seek out virtuous and eminent Taoist priests. By establishing grand altars in accordance with the Numinous Treasure fasting rituals, repenting for past sins, and summoning the Dragon Kings to pacify the tomb, disasters can be eliminated and blessings and auspiciousness will gather in abundance.
