The True Martial Universal Salvation Liturgy FULL NAME IS

Precious Repentance Ritual of Zhenwu of the Northern Pole for Universal Compassion and World Salvation

Author unknown.
Since it mentions Emperor Ningzong of Song conferring an honorific title on Zhenwu the True Lord, it should have been compiled in the late Southern Song Dynasty or the Yuan Dynasty.

Originally consisting of ten scrolls, it is included in The Daozang (Taoist Canon), under the Dongshen Section, Ritual Category.

This work is a ritual text for paying homage to and repenting before Zhenwu, elaborated based on Scripture of the Divine Incantation of Zhenwu’s Original Deeds and Ten Precepts for Cultivating Perfection. It falsely attributes to the Heavenly Worthy, Incarnation of the Golden Tower of the Supreme Red Emperor, an address delivered to True Immortal Miaoxing, stating: "The Sacred Ancestor Xuanyuan pities the mortal fools in the world who accumulate evils and commit sins, having no means to aspire to immortality; therefore, He expounds the Ten Precepts for Cultivating Perfection." If mortals can prepare fragrant flowers, pay homage and repent with sincere devotion, vow to abide by our teachings, reform past misdeeds and cultivate good conduct in the future, their names will be inscribed in the cinnabar register, and they will obtain blessings and ascend to a higher realm. True Immortal Miaoxing then "spread this method of repentance to the mortal world for circulation". The main text comprises ten scrolls, each listing one precept for cultivating perfection in sequence, and exhorting people to wholeheartedly pay homage to the Three Pure Ones and other Heavenly Worthies, and convert to the deities of the Northern Pole Sage Protection Court. It also urges people to examine the sins committed in past and present lives in accordance with the relevant precepts, and pray to the immortals for forgiveness of sins and bestowal of blessings.

Except for the differences in precepts, the methods of repentance in each scroll are roughly the same.
