Wang Daogui lived during the Zhizheng era of the Yuan Dynasty.
When he was young, he became a Taoist monk and practiced the Great Lingbao Doctrine.
In the 7th year of Zhizheng (1347), he re-engraved Zheng Sixiao’s Taiji Sacrifice and Refinement Inner Method and circulated it to the world.
