The Wang Tianzhu 王天助
Paul PengShare
Wang Tianzhu was a native of Penglai in Dinghai (now part of Shandong Province) during the Yuan Dynasty, with the courtesy name Zhihe.

He became a Taoist priest under the tutelage of Yuan Songxi, learning the Taoist arts of talismans, incantations, and sacred water rituals. His prayers for rain or clear weather were all efficacious. During the Zhiyuan reign period (1264-1294) of the Yuan Dynasty, his fame reached the imperial court, and he was bestowed the title of "Taixu Xuanjing Mingmiao Zhenren" (Immortal of Great Void, Profound Tranquility, Brightness, and Subtlety).
