Wang Yuanqi was a native of Taiyuan during the Southern Dynasties.
He served as the abbot of Jizhen Guan (Jizhen Taoist Temple) and was skilled in ritual etiquette and confession ceremonies (kechan). He would conduct Taoist rituals and processions over three consecutive weeks.
His life story can be found in Daoxue Zhuan (Biographies of Taoist Scholars) and Shangqing Dao Lei Shixiang (Classified Matters of the Dao of the Highest Clarity).

Paul Peng is a Zhengyi Taoist priest from Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi — the ancestral home of the Celestial Masters' tradition. Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
