The Wang Zhixuan 王志宣
Paul PengShare
Wang Zhixuan was a native of Guangzhou (now part of Henan Province) in the early Yuan Dynasty. He was styled "Master Puguang" (Great Master of Universal Light). In his early twenties, he became a disciple of Master Zhenyin (the Recluse of True Nature) from Yufeng Mountain.

Wang Zhixuan adhered to the true Dao, embraced simplicity, maintained an open and modest mind, and upheld unyielding integrity. He lived in seclusion among trees and rocks, and wandered alongside deer and wild boars. His body and mind followed the principles of nature, and he obeyed nothing but the Dao. As a result, people who admired his virtues flocked to him like the wind.
He lived to the age of sixty-eight.
