The Weng Baoguang 翁葆光

Weng Baoguang was a native of Xiangchuan during the Southern Song Dynasty. His courtesy name was Yuanming, and he went by the literary name Wumingzi (the Nameless Master).
He was a disciple of Liu Yongnian and belonged to the Dual-Cultivation School of the Southern School (of Taoist Golden Elixir tradition).

He authored several works that have been handed down to later generations, including Annotations and Commentaries on Master Ziyang’s Awakening to Reality (Ziyang Zhenren Wuzhen Pian Zhushu), Annotations on Awakening to Reality (Wuzhen Pian Zhushi), Supplements to Master Ziyang’s Awakening to Reality (Ziyang Zhenren Wuzhen Pian Shiyi), and Detailed Explanations of the Secret Essentials of the Three Stages: Direct Guidance on Master Ziyang’s Awakening to Reality (Ziyang Zhenren Wuzhen Zhizhi Xiangshuo Sansheng Miyao)
