The Wu Boli 吴伯理
Paul PengWu Boli was a Taoist priest of Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi Province during the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty.
His literary name was Chaoyunzi. In the middle of the Yongle reign (1403-1424), he served as the Tiandian (administrator) of Shangqing Palace.
He followed the 43rd Celestial Master Zhang to search for Zhang Sanfeng, then entered Sichuan and resided in Heming Mountain.
He had extensive knowledge of Confucian classics and history, was skilled in writing poetry and prose, proficient in seal script and official script, and could paint withered trees, bamboos and rocks. For detailed information, please refer to Records of Longhu Mountain.
