The Wu Shangli 吴尚礼

Wu Shangli was a native of Yugan (now part of Zhejiang Province) during the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty, and a Taoist priest at Daguan Courtyard of Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi.
He went to the imperial court at the emperor’s call together with Shao Yuanjie, was appointed Zuo Zhiling (a mid-ranking official position in the Taoist Administrative Bureau), later promoted to Zuo Zheng, and passed away in the capital.
