Xing Xuying was a figure in the early Tang Dynasty.
He served as the Weiyi Shi (a Taoist official in charge of ritual etiquette and discipline) of Dahongdao Guan (Dahongdao Taoist Temple).
In the fourth year of Chang'an during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian (704 AD), he was ordered by imperial decree to jointly hold the Jinlu Grand Zhai (a grand Taoist ritual for praying, blessing, and spiritual purification) with Ruan Xiaobo and others at Daiyue Guan (Daiyue Taoist Temple) on Mount Tai (the Eastern Great Mountain). See the entry for "Ruan Xiaobo" for further reference.
