The Xu Guoxiang 徐国祥

Xu Guoxiang was a native of Qiantang (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province) during the Qing Dynasty.
His courtesy name was Ruiwang, and his art name was Dadishanren (Hermit of Dadishan). He was officially registered at Dongxiao Palace.

He entered Taoism from an early age and was renowned as the top artist in the Taoist community for his paintings of orchids and bamboos in color.
His deeds are recorded in Records of Dongxiao Palace.
