Paul PengShare
Xu Shilong was a figure of the Yuan Dynasty, and his literary name was Fuzhai.
According to Volume 8 of Dai Shi (History of Mount Tai): He studied Confucian classics and served as a Hanlin Academician.

During the wars at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, all his family members died. Thus, he entered Mount Tai and became a Taoist priest. He was fond of the qigong practice of "breathing nourishment" (a Taoist technique for health preservation), was proficient in divination, and regarded teaching and instructing others as his Taoist career on a daily basis.
