The Ye Miao 叶缪

Ye Miao, a native of the Qing Dynasty.

Styled Shucui, also known as Daoren Sunguan (Bamboo Shoot Crown Daoist Priest).
Originally a Gong Sheng (a successful candidate in the imperial examination at the provincial level) of Lantai, he abandoned his family and embraced Daoism due to wars and chaos.

In the first year of the Xianfeng reign (1851), he practiced asceticism on Jiufeng Mountain and studied works such as Can Tong Qi (The Unity of the Three) and Xing Ming Gui Zhi (The Essential Guidelines for Nature and Life). Later, he attained Dao and ascended to immortality.

Paul Peng is a Zhengyi Taoist priest from Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi — the ancestral home of the Celestial Masters' tradition. Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is the curator of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
