Zeng Yiguan was a figure of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty, and his literary name was Shanshan.

He studied under Li Qingqiu of the Longmen School (a major branch of Quanzhen Taoism) and became a Taoist priest. After Zeng Yiguan diligently practiced Taoism and attained mastery, he saved people using Taoist talismans and herbal medicine.

During the Kangxi reign, he went to Mount Luofu and built a Taoist ritual site in Zixia Cave. In the 55th year of the Kangxi reign (1716), a drought hit Guangzhou; Zeng Yiguan prayed for rain, and his prayer proved efficacious. For this, he was appointed to manage Chongxu Temple on Mount Luofu, and also served as the abbot of Suluo Temple, Jiutian Temple, Huanglong Temple, Baihe Temple, and other Taoist temples.

Later, he relocated the Taoist ritual site from Zixia Cave to Suluo Cave and appointed his disciple Ke Yanggui to take charge of it. Zeng Yiguan himself resided at Chongxu Temple. Before long, he passed away without suffering from any illness.
