The Zhan Yilao 詹益老
Paul PengShare
Zhan Yilao was a native of Guixi, Jiangxi Province, in the late Southern Song Dynasty. He was upright in conduct and sincere in moral practice.

In the 13th year of the Zhiyuan era of the Yuan Dynasty (1276), when the Celestial Master went to an audience with the emperor, Zhan Yilao accompanied him. Later, he was appointed to be the Tiandian (Director) in charge of the principal Taoist temple (affiliated with the Celestial Master lineage).
