The Zhang Bao 张宝

Zhang Bao (?-184) was a native of Julu in Hebei (present-day Hebei Province) at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In the first year of the Zhongping period (184), he joined Zhang Jiao and Zhang Liang in launching the Yellow Turban Uprising, and later died in battle in Xiaquyang.

He was one of the founders of the Taiping Dao (Way of Great Peace) in Taoism and was known as the "General of the Earth" at that time.
