Zhang Feng, styled Gongxian, was a native of Henei (now Wuzhi, Henan Province) during the Han Dynasty.
Volume 17 of Li Shi Zhen Xian Ti Dao Tong Jian (Comprehensive Mirror of True Immortals Through the Ages Practicing Taoism) records that he was known as Jizi in his youth. When he grew up, he left the secular world and went to Yanshan Mountain, where he met Lord Shantu, who taught him the Dongyu Method. Later, he attained enlightenment through cultivation.

Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
