Zhang Liang (?–184) was a native of Julu in Hebei (present-day Hebei Province) at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In the first year of the Zhongping period (184), he joined Zhang Jiao and Zhang Bao in launching the Yellow Turban Uprising, and was known as the "General of the People" at that time.

Later, he was defeated in battle and died in Guangzong. He was one of the founders of the Taiping Dao (Way of Great Peace) in Taoism.
Details of his deeds can be found in The Book of the Later Han·Annals of Emperor Ling and The Book of the Later Han·Biography of Huangfu Song.
