Zhang Maocheng (1388–1445) was the 45th Heavenly Master of the Zhengyi School of Taoism.
His courtesy name was Wenkai, and his literary alias was Jiuyang. He was the legitimate son of Zhang Yuqing.

During the reign of the Hongwu Emperor (the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty), he was conferred the title of "Zhengyi Sijiao Chongxiu Zhidao Baosu Yanfa Zhenren" (True Person of Zhengyi Succession, Devout Cultivation of the Supreme Dao, Preservation of Purity, and Dissemination of Taoist Dharma) by imperial edict.

When the Yingzong Emperor ascended the throne, Zhang Maocheng went to the capital to offer congratulations in the first year of the Zhengtong reign (1436). He submitted a petition and obtained imperial approval to build the Heavenly Master Mansion at Chaotian Palace. He passed away due to illness in the 10th year of the Zhengtong reign (1445) at the age of 59.
