Zhang Sicheng (?–1344) was the 39th Celestial Master (Tianshi) of the Zhengyi School (a major branch of Taoism).

His courtesy name was Ciwang, and his literary name (hao) was Taixuan. He was the son of Zhang Yucai.

In the third year of the Zhida era of the Yuan Dynasty (1310), he accompanied his father to an audience with the emperor. When they reached Hangzhou, he used "fushui" (Taoist sacred water inscribed with talismans) to put out a fire. Emperor Renzong of the Yuan Dynasty then conferred on him the title "Taixuan Fuhua Tiren Yingdao Dazhenren" (Great Real Person of Grand Mystery, Assisting Transformation, Emboding Benevolence, and Responding to the Dao) by imperial decree.
In the fourth year of the Yanyou era (1317), Zhang Sicheng succeeded to the position of Celestial Master. He took charge of the "Sanshan Fulu" (Taoist talismans from the Three Mountains—Mount Longhu, Mount Gezao, and Mount Maoshan, core sacred sites of the Zhengyi School) and oversaw Taoist affairs in the Jiangnan region (the area south of the Yangtze River).

In the first year of the Zhizhi era (1321), Emperor Yingzong of the Yuan Dynasty summoned him again to pray for rain and snow. His prayers were answered in both cases, and the emperor awarded him "shangzun" (a premium grade of wine, a symbol of imperial favor).

In the third year of the Zhizhi era (1323), he was additionally appointed to the position of "Zhi Jixianyuan Shi" (Administrator of the Jixian Academy—a central government institution in the Yuan Dynasty responsible for academic research, cultural preservation, and advising the emperor).

In the fourth year of the Zhizheng era (1344), Zhang Sicheng set off in response to an imperial summons. When he reached Baoying County, he passed away on his boat.
