Zhang Yuqing (? - 1433) was the 44th Heavenly Master of the Zhengyi School of Taoism. His courtesy name was Yanji, and his alternative literary name was Xibi.

He was the younger brother of Zhang Yuchu. Since childhood, he was fond of reading poetry and books; he could compose poems and essays at the age of seven. When he grew up, he thoroughly studied the Four Books and Five Classics, as well as Taoist esoteric records, leaving no stone unturned.

In the 8th year of the Yongle reign (1410), he succeeded to the leadership of the Zhengyi School.

He received significant awards and honors for his meritorious service in controlling the tide disasters.

The Xuande Emperor issued an imperial edict to confer upon him the title of "Zhengyi Shuajiao Qingxu Chongsuguangzu Yandao Chongqian Shoujing Dongxuan Dazhenren" (the Great Revered One of Zhengyi, Purging Doctrines, Clear Vacuity, Pure Simplicity, Honoring Ancestors, Spreading Dao, Respecting Humility, Upholding Tranquility, and Profound Mystery), and appointed him to take charge of national Taoist affairs. He passed away due to illness in the 8th year of the Xuande reign.

His work Xibi Collection of Essays has been handed down to later generations.
