The Zheng Jingshi 郑景世
Paul PengShare
Zheng Jingshi (?–345) was a figure of the Western Jin Dynasty.
He and Zhang Chonghua lived in seclusion together in Qianshan of Lujiang.
He received oral instructions from the immortal Meng Deran, and practiced the techniques of fuqi bigu (breathing exercises and abstention from grains), as well as taking sesame and mysterious elixirs, which made his body light and strong.

He passed away in the first year of the Yonghe era of Emperor Mu of the Jin Dynasty (345). (Lishi Zhenxian Tidao Tongjian [Comprehensive Mirror of True Immortals Through the Ages Who Embodied the Dao], Volume 17)
