Zhong Yaji (1437–?) was a figure of the Ming Dynasty.

In the 26th year of the Jiajing reign (1547), at the age of 14, he was summoned by the emperor in person. He was ordered to reside in Baiyun Guan (White Cloud Taoist Temple) in the capital, and still wore his hair in a "yaji" (a traditional hairstyle with two buns on top, typical of young people or Taoist disciples) style. His hair was mixed with black and white, and the specific year and month [when this hairstyle or hair color appeared] was not recorded.

When asked about the secret to his longevity, he replied, "I have no other skills. I only refrain from marrying, do not drink excessively, do not get angry, and do not know how to count."
