Zhou Zhenyi was a figure of the Southern Song Dynasty and a Taoist priest at Taiyi Palace.

He was on good terms with Wang Dao, who held the positions of Baoyi Lang (a military official rank in the Song Dynasty) and Commandant of the Prince of Enping’s Mansion. Wang Dao compiled Annotations and Commentaries on the Ancient Text of the Dragon-Tiger Classic in three volumes, which Zhou Zhenyi presented to the imperial court with a memorial.
