Zhu Zhiming was a native of Liting (now part of Shandong Province) during the transition between the Jin and Yuan dynasties, and his Taoist title was "Great Master of Preserving Radiance".

In his prime, he was intelligent and perceptive. He renounced secular life to embrace Taoism, and became a disciple of Liu Zhifu, styled Baoyangzi, who was a prominent student of the "True Person Taigu" (a revered Taoist master).

As his attainments in Taoism grew increasingly profound, he gained widespread recognition and affirmation from the Taoist community.

Later, he returned to his parents’ hometown, which was overgrown with weeds and desolate on all sides, with only the original foundation of his family home remaining. Thus, Zhu Zhiming led his disciples to clear the land in the early morning and built Nanchang Temple, where he propagated Taoist teachings.

Paul Peng is a Zhengyi Taoist priest from Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi — the ancestral home of the Celestial Masters' tradition. Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
