The Zou Yingbo 邹应博
Paul PengShare
Zou Yingbo lived in the Southern Song Dynasty. His courtesy name was Pu'an, and his literary name was Huangting Shanren (Hermit of Huangting Mountain).

He claimed to have obtained The Jade Scroll True Scripture (a Taoist text) as transmitted by Taishang Laojun (the Supreme Old Lord, a core deity in Taoism). Through practicing in accordance with the methods in the scripture, he gained considerable insights. Thus, he compiled Taishang’s Jade Scroll: The Six-Character Qi Formula (a Taoist work on cultivating "qi," the vital energy), which expounds various practices from elementary to advanced levels.
He also authored another work titled Yan Zhan Collection.
