The Zu Shanyi 祖善义
Paul PengZu Shanyi lived during the Zhiyuan era of the Yuan Dynasty and held the literary title of "Great Master Zhonghe" (Great Master of Moderation and Harmony).
He imparted the orthodox Taoist doctrines, oversaw affairs of the religious sect, and served as the abbot of Yuquan Guan (Yuquan Taoist Temple) at Baoquan in Yizhou (Yizhou, a historical administrative region in present-day Hebei Province).
