The Zuo Yuanze 左元泽
Paul PengShare
Zuo Yuanze was a native of Yongjia (present-day Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province) during the late Tang Dynasty.
He was upright and unyielding, refusing to yield to the trends and pressures of his time.
He studied under Xu Lingfu in the stone chamber at Xianglin Peak.

Moved by Zuo Yuanze’s diligence and devotion, Xu Lingfu thus taught him the profound and esoteric essentials of Daoist practice.
