This text is presumably a Taoist work of the Pure Brightness Sect from the Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, and is included in the Methods category of the Dongxuan Section of the Daozang.
It records the patterns of two seals, stating: "Whoever obtains the Pure Brightness Dharma shall carve two seals, each two inches and four fen in size. One is the Seal of the Supreme Pure Brightness, and the other is the Seal of the Lord of the Pure Brightness Dharma. The Seal of the Pure Brightness is used for submitting memorials, and the Seal of the Lord of the Dharma is used for summoning gods and ghosts." The entire text is less than a hundred characters, leading to the suspicion that it was originally part of The Supreme Lingbao Pure Brightness Entry into the Dao Section.
