What is Creation and Transformation in Taoism
Creation and Transformation refers to the generation and nourishment of the natural world.
"Creation" brings things into being; "Transformation" denotes constant change.
Taoism uses this term to describe the inner movements of nature.
Since the Dao produces and transforms all things, Creation and Transformation also refers to the Dao.
It may also be used briefly to mean the Creator.

Zhuangzi · Master of the Great Realm states:
"Now I take Heaven and Earth as the great furnace, and Creation and Transformation as the great smelter."
Jia Yi, Ode to the Owl, also says:
"Heaven and Earth are the furnace; Creation and Transformation is the worker.
Yin and Yang are the charcoal; all things are the copper."
In Taoism, cultivating Internal Alchemy allows one to seize the Creation and Transformation of Heaven and Earth.
It is also said that immortals make the petty power of Creation and Transformation bow low,
meaning that internal alchemy can break through the natural laws of birth, aging, illness, and death,
restoring youth and renewing life.
