Taiyi Leisheng Yinghua Tianzun, also known as "Dutian Jiucha Dalingguan" and "Wangshan Tianjun", is a great protective deity worshipped in Taoism.
In Taishang Xuanmen Risong Wanke · Lingbao Guangao (a Taoist scripture), it is stated: "Dutian Jiucha Dalingguan, the fearless official of the Three Realms (Heaven, Earth, and the Underworld) who acts impartially; with golden eyes and red hair, he is known as the Thunder God of the Three-Five Fire Chariots; with a phoenix-like beak and unicorn-like fangs, he commands millions of brave divine generals (comparable to fierce mythical beasts); he soars through clouds and mist, commands thunder and lightning, brings rain and clears the sky, expels evil spirits and cures diseases; he observes transgressions over twelve years, receives orders from the Jade Emperor, accumulates millions of meritorious deeds, and vows to assist the Taoist patriarchs; he is extremely firm and brave, saving the dying and giving life to the living; he spreads teachings everywhere and holds altars in all places; Huoluo (a title symbolizing power) the fearless official, the Three-Five Fire Chariots, Taiyi Leisheng Yinghua Tianzun."
