Regarding Weng’s Annotations on the Wu Zhen Pian, there is another version incorporated into Dai Qizong’s Annotations and Commentaries on the Wu Zhen Pian compiled during the Yuan Dynasty. The number of poems and songs in the Wu Zhen Pian contained in this version, as well as their sequence, are different from those in Dai’s Annotations and Commentaries. Additionally, Weng’s annotations and preface have undergone extensive abridgment and tampering, making this version inferior to Dai’s.
