Commentary on the Embryonic Breathing Scripture
Comprising only a few hundred characters, it briefly outlines the essential principles of spiritual retention and qi circulation cultivation for Internal Alchemy practitioners. The commentary states: "A cultivator of the Dao constantly subdues their qi below the navel, retains their spirit within the body, and the union of spirit and qi gives birth to the mysterious embryo. Once the mysterious embryo is formed, it nurtures the true self, which is the path to immortality through Internal Alchemy." This encapsulates the core essence of the entire text.
