Tang Chun's Commentary on the Yin Fu Jing 黄帝阴符经注 唐淳注

Originally titled "Annotated by Tang Chun, the Taoist Priest of Jinling".

It consists of two volumes and is included in the Yujue (Jade Secrets) category of The Dongzhen Section in The Daozang.

Tang Chun's Commentary on the Yin Fu Jing

A preface written by Meng Chuoran in the year of Jichou of the Zhengda reign period of Emperor Aizong of Jin (1229) precedes the volume, stating that Tang Chun, also known as the Taoist Priest of Jinling, "was of an unknown era". The book quotes annotations by Taoist priests from the late Tang and Northern Song dynasties, so it was presumably compiled between the Song and Jin dynasties. Based on the 300-character version, the scripture is divided into three chapters. The annotations first cite the theories of predecessors and then attach the author’s own opinions.
