Deng Andao lived in the Southern Song Dynasty.

As recorded in Wudang Fudi Zongzhen Ji (Collected Records of Wudang, the Supreme Blessed Abode): From a young age, Deng Andao studied under Sun Yuanzheng and was ordained as a Taoist priest. When he grew up, he fully mastered the profound essence of all the Shangqing Five-Thunder Methods taught by his teacher.
He resided on Wudang Mountain and practiced the Great Dragon-Tiger Method (a core Taoist alchemical and ritual practice that symbolizes the cultivation and harmonization of Yin and Yang energies).

Deng Andao passed away during the Jiatai era (1201-1204).

Ordained at 25 after a dream from the Celestial Master, he has practiced for 25 years under Master Zeng Guangliang. He is one of the curators of this store, which is officially authorized by Tianshi Fu. All items are consecrated at the temple by the resident priest team.
