The Fulfillment Liturgy of Jade Emperor FULL NAME IS
Precious Repentance Ritual of the Supreme Jade Emperor for Fulfilling Wishes
Author unknown.
Since it mentions the conferral of honorific titles on Wenchang Dijun (Emperor of Literature and Culture) and Chunyang Dijun (Lu Dongbin) during the Yuan Dynasty, it should have been compiled in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties.

Originally consisting of ten scrolls, it is included in The Daozang (Taoist Canon), under the Dongzhen Section, Ritual Category.
The entire work is divided into ten sections: Repentance Ritual, Praise, Conversion, Sin Elimination, Obstacle Removal, Disaster Dispelling, Blessing Accumulation, Attainment of Truth, Conclusion, and Wish Fulfillment. The content and structure of each section are roughly similar: each begins with describing the establishment of vegetarian feasts and Taoist rituals, and the enshrinement of the Jade Emperor and other Heavenly Worthies and deities; followed by paying homage to and praising the Jade Emperor, expressing sincere devotion and surrender, praying for the elimination of sins and disasters, and imploring the Jade Emperor to show compassion, dispel misfortunes, and bestow blessings.
The content of this work is similar to Precious Repentance Ritual of the Jade Emperor for Pardoning Sins and Bestowing Blessings.
