The Primordial Northern Martial Scripture FULL NAME IS 

The Primordial Heavenly Sovereign Speaks the Scripture of the True Martial Lord of the North

The author is unknown, and the text was probably compiled in the Song Dynasty.
Consisting of one volume, it is included in the Original Text Category of the The Dongzhen Section within The Daozang.

This scripture purports to be a teaching delivered by the Primordial Heavenly Sovereign to the Perfect Man of Wonderful Action.

It states that the Primordial Heavenly Sovereign issued a divine edict commanding the True Martial Divine Lord of the North to lead heavenly troops down to the mortal realm, "to exterminate demons and monsters, and eradicate evil spirits and malicious souls". It also records the divine incantations uttered by the True Martial Divine Lord, proclaiming that those who enshrine this scripture, recite the incantations and offer prayers shall see demonic spirits annihilated and peace prevail under heaven.
