The Tang Shoucheng 唐守澄

The Tang Shoucheng 唐守澄

Paul Peng
Tang Shoucheng was a native of Suizhou (present-day Suixian County, Hubei Province) during the Song Dynasty.

He had an eccentric appearance and always hung a gourd on the top of his walking stick. He was capable of divining good and bad fortunes in the human world.
From a young age, he entered Zixiao Palace on Nanyan Rock of Wudang Mountain to become a Taoist monk. His Taoist supernatural arts were exquisite—with just a drop of ink or a scrap of paper, he could cure illnesses. People of his time called him "Crazy Immortal."
