The True Proclamations FULL NAME IS

True Edicts of Various Masters and Perfected Beings

Anonymous author.

Judging from the textual content, it should have been compiled by Taoist priests during the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties.
Consisting of one scroll, it is included in The Daozang (Taoist Canon), under the Hymn Category of the Dongzhen Section.

The book lists forty-one honorific titles and true edicts of various Heavenly Worthies, deities, Perfected Beings and Patriarchs in Taoism. These include seventeen divine titles such as the Title of Yuanshi Tianzun (Jade Pure Heavenly Worthy), the Title of Shangqing (Highest Clarity), the Title of Taiqing (Great Clarity), the Title of Miluo (Jade Firmament), and the Title of Tianhuang (Heavenly Sovereign). It also contains twenty-four true edicts of patriarchs, including the Edict of the Three Officials, the Edict of the Celestial Master Patriarch, the Edict of the Immortal Lord, the Edict of the Three Maos Perfected Lords, and the Edict of the Five Patriarchs of Quanzhen. All these titles and true edicts are used in Taoist rituals, where the names of divine perfected beings and revered masters are chanted to express sincere devotion and homage. Before each name of the divine perfected beings and revered masters, there is a short parallel-prose text eulogizing their Taoist practices, virtuous influences, divine merits and marvelous deeds. This book reflects the deities and Perfected Beings worshipped in Taoism during the Ming Dynasty.
