Paul PengShare
Xue Zhiqing was a native of Qinghua Li in Ganquan (now part of Shaanxi Province) during the Jin and Yuan dynasties. His Taoist title was Liaozhenzi.
He became a Taoist priest by studying under True Person Zhao, and resided on Mount Hua for more than ten years, during which he received the Tai Shang San Wu Du Gong Zhi Lu (the Taoist Ordination Certificate of Supreme Three-Five Capital Merit).

Later, when wars broke out across the country, he returned to Ganquan, where he built Tianzhen Guan (Tianzhen Temple) and spent his remaining years there.
