The Zheng Yi Fa Wen Xiu Zhen Zhi Yao 正一法文修真旨要

It is a one-scroll work included in the Zhengyi Section of the Daoist Canon.

Originally one of the fragmentary scrolls of Zhengyi Scripture of Methods—a classic text of early Celestial Master Daoism—the book compiles more than ten essential methods for cultivating perfection. These include the Method of Ingesting the Radiance of the Sun and Moon, the Method of Evening Recumbence of Master Meng, Incantations for Auspicious and Inauspicious Dreams, the Secret Formula for Sharpening Eyes and Ears, the Sun-Moon Visualization Formula of the Green Ox Daoist, the Oral Instructions of Luan Ba, Dietary Taboos and Corresponding Remedies, the Secret Formula for Ingesting Qi, Daoyin (Guided Movement) Practices, the Method of Diagnosing Illnesses, and the Method of Using Incantations to Treat Ailments.

Most of these formulas and instructions were transcribed from Shangqing (Highest Clarity) Sect classics such as Biographies of Immortals, Declarations of the Perfected, and Secret Instructions on Ascending to Perfection.
