The Zhou Miaochao 周妙超

Zhou Miaochao (1567–?) was a native of Peixian County, Xuzhou, during the Longqing reign of the Ming Dynasty.
His courtesy name was Jixuan and his literary name was Guijingzi.

He had admired the Taoist path since childhood; later, he met Liu Zhidong, converted to Taoism, and became the 9th Patriarch of the Nanwu Taoist School.
