Three Radiances Scripture for Longevity and Blessings
The scripture consists of just over two hundred characters. It states that the Three Luminaries of Heaven correspond to the human body. If one does not let the ears listen indiscriminately, the eyes gaze upon evil, the nose smell impure odors, and the mouth taste mixed flavors, then “the Three Luminaries within the Void will circulate throughout the body,” and one’s lifespan may be as long as Heaven itself.
One may also prolong life and attain immortality by ingesting the Golden Elixir Returned to the Cinnabar. If one can abide in non‑action and be free of desires, one shall realize the Dao.
